Greetings Rural Lending Partners,
The Mason Area Office is currently reviewing Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) files that were received on November 7th.
We continue to receive numerous requests daily, shortly after we issue an approval, to change the loan amount due to various reasons. This is a very time consuming process and delays the reviews of other files. If you can re verify that the all information submitted is correct before the file is submitted it will help everyone on file turnaround times.
Thanks and have a great day!!!!
